Daniel Brooks believes that confidence can be developed, talent can be coached, and everyone deserves to feel comfortable taking their first step into modeling.
As Head of Recruitment at Tietje Models, Daniel has spent years helping aspiring models navigate what can often feel like an intimidating industry. His focus isn’t on finding people with years of experience — it’s on discovering authentic personalities with the potential to grow.
Whether someone has never stood in front of a professional camera or already has experience creating content, Daniel is committed to making the application process transparent, respectful, and pressure-free. He takes pride in helping new talent understand exactly what agencies look for, how the process works, and what opportunities may be the best fit for them.
Daniel has built a reputation for honest communication, thoughtful guidance, and treating every applicant with professionalism. He believes the best partnerships begin with trust, and every conversation should leave applicants feeling informed and encouraged — regardless of the outcome.
At Tietje Models, Daniel works closely with photographers, creative directors, and AI production teams to identify talent capable of representing modern brands across commercial campaigns, digital media, and emerging AI-powered content creation.
When he’s not reviewing applications or meeting with prospective talent, Daniel enjoys photography, traveling, and mentoring young creatives interested in building careers in the digital media industry.
“Don’t worry about being perfect. We aren’t looking for perfection — we’re looking for authenticity. Confidence comes with experience, and everyone starts somewhere.” — Daniel Brooks
