How we collect, use, store, retain, and delete applicant information and photographs.
What we collect
Contact details, professional information, measurements you choose to provide, and the photographs you upload. We do not collect government identification through the public application form.
Why we collect it
To assess suitability for representation, plan casting and garments, and communicate with you about your application.
Who may review it
A limited representation-review team with role-based access. Application materials are not sold.
How photographs are stored
Uploads are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored privately with signed, expiring access. Applicant files are never stored in a public location and are never published without your permission.
Vendors
Where a secure vendor processes submissions on our behalf, they are bound to equivalent confidentiality and security obligations. No applicant PII is sent to analytics platforms.
AI training
Application materials are never used to train, fine-tune, or create AI models without a separate, explicit written agreement. See our AI Transparency statement.
Retention
- Unsuccessful applications
- Deleted after a defined review period, unless you opt in to future consideration.
- Active applicants
- Retained while discussions are ongoing.
- Represented models
- Retained per the representation agreement and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may request deletion of your application at any time by contacting us through the details on our contact page. Application photographs will not be used publicly without your permission.
