Real people and AI talent — always clearly distinguished.
Tietje Models works with two types of talent:
- 1 · Real models
Real people who apply for and enter into representation agreements with the company.
- 2 · AI-generated models
Fictional, AI-generated identities created for licensing and visual-production purposes.
AI-model images are identified as synthetic or AI-generated wherever they appear — on model cards, profiles, campaign credits, and licensing information.
Real models are not digitally replicated, materially altered, or converted into AI identities without separate, informed, written authorization.
Applicant photos are never used to train AI
The company will not use a real applicant's submission photographs to train, fine-tune, or create an AI model unless the applicant has entered into a separate agreement that specifically explains:
- The intended AI use
- The images involved
- The duration of the permission
- Commercial licensing
- Compensation
- Revocation and termination terms
- Whether the resulting identity may resemble the model
Consent to apply for representation is not consent for AI training or digital-replica creation.
